lopio.io is run by lopio. This page explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it. Short version: only what you send us, only to reply to you.

What we collect

• What you send through the contact form or WhatsApp — your name, business, phone or email, and your message. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to plan the work.
• Basic server logs — our hosting provider (Hostinger) records IP addresses and request details for security and to keep the site running. We don't use analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
• We don't run third-party tracking scripts on this site.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept in our email for as long as they're useful to the conversation, then deleted. If you'd like something removed sooner, ask.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@lopio.io.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
